One thing that I keep hearing time and time again from the accounting practices I speak with is, that it is difficult to attract good team members.

This inability to attract good team members will halt your accounting practice’s success. However, a solution to attracting great team members is to position yourself in the market place as a firm that is awesome to work for.

Which is why I say don’t just do marketing to get clients. In fact, if you focus your marketing to attract ideal team members you will position yourself as such a great place to work you will naturally attract ideal A Grade clients by proxy.

Marketing is not just about building your practice. It is also about making sure that your team are the best they can be. A great reputation (which marketing enhances) will help you with this.
